City of Burien (public school after school programs)

All background checks will be emailed by a company called Averity by the City of Burien. Instructors do not need to get background checks completed by the Highline School District.

SeaTac Community Center

If you turned in this form in a previous year you don’t have to do it again. If you’re new to teaching at SeaTac Community Center, please fill out this form and give it to front desk staff: Authorization for Background & Reference Checks

St. Bernadette and St. Philomena

Virtus training needs to be assigned by the regional Virtus coordinator. Once that happens I will let you know.
